 As Tod explained it only works for the first year as an Embassy income affidavit which is not possible for UK (and some other) passport holders

 wrong, if you enter on the last day of the 6 months validity it means you will only get one 60 day entry stamp as the visa then expires

 that's how most people do it using Wise which tells you the exact amount that will be received before you transact

Do foreign tenants need separate accounts to register for TM30 or can they use one account for one apartment?

The online TM30 is a 3 step process :

1. Set up an account

2. Add an address

3. Register the details of the foreigner staying

For more than one person staying you repeat step 3 or add two foreigners at the same time
