 If you have a passport issued by one of the 93 countries that get Visa Exempt entry it is 60 days. What passport do you have?

As a tourist you can be asked for proof of onward travel within 60 days of arrival. Normally it is your airline that will require this, ask them. Do you have a visa?

Yes but check the Embassy/Consulate website for requirements as a foreign applicant then use the eVisa website for your application

 You need your current TM30 issued in the province where the 90 day report is being done not any one obtained during the initial 80 days ;)

 To get 12 months on entry that's the Non-OA and requires insurance, police check etc. The "standard" one is the Non-O which gets 90 days on entry.
