If she lowers your electric bill she will probably just put your rent up, is it really worth the hassle. 2k a month whilst using aircon every night isn’t unrealistic

I live in korat, im told i need a certificate of residence to get a driving licence, went to immigration in korat and they told me i cannot get a certificate of residence with a dtv visa, has to be a non immigrant visa

probably not, but i think the fine is only 1000 baht for late reporting.

thats the tm30 that your landlord or hotel should do. The 90 day reporting is compulsory for everyone, regardless off visa type
