 it's very difficult actually coming here as when arriv8ng with a year long visa non o thought , 1 year to stay and sort out visa visa renewal later, then look8ng at passport why only 90 day stamp, had to learn very quickly.

 ok I deal with Maha Sarakham immigration and always being great, helpful, answer questions , one of my mates told me always dress good respect immigration people and do as they say , he is correct.

 yep correct, if married outside of Thailand Amphur still considers your wife single untill Embassy and Internsl Affairs say so, then once registered at local Amphur , all becomes easy to get the required letter.
