You cannot work on a Non-OX, if if effectively a longer version of the Non-OA and is popular with Aussie citizens due to the financial requirements (Aussie bank not a Thai bank)

At check in for the flight show both passports but leave the UK (immigration) on the British passport and enter Thailand on the Thai passport

 you must show to have met the conditions for the first extension (i.e. 800k for 3 months then 400k) to be able to apply for the second extension
