No need to report since leaving before 90 days . Leaving the country stops the 90 day clock. Starts at 0 when you come back to Thailand. Correction starts at 1.

Why not just do 3 month nonO age 50 and over visa from inside Thailand since it does not require insurance? When close to expiration, ask for 1 year extension and pay for multiple entry. 3800 Thb total for ext plus multiple reentry.
