Hi, I'm due to report 90 day on 19 February in person at Hua Hin Immigration.
I fly to Australia/New Zealand on 13 February until 28 February.
Should I report early, say 11 February?
Or not at all?
I'm on multi entry OA visa.
Cheers in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the necessity of reporting their 90-day visa requirement in Thailand, given their travel plans to Australia/New Zealand that coincide with the due reporting date. The consensus among responses indicates that there is no need to file the 90-day report since the user will be outside of Thailand on the due date, and their reporting timeline will reset upon re-entry into Thailand. Additionally, it is advised to obtain a Re-entry Permit prior to leaving.
