That's not a thing. You don't get to pick and choose which immigration office you go to. If you're at Ekkamai then you're in Bangkok province. Impossible to say which immigration office you MUST use because you haven't told us what you're trying to do. The office you go to depends on what visa you're currently on and what you're trying to do.

First of all, there's nothing to "resolve" at the immigration office. Your visa or extension is done. The moment you left without a re-entry permit it was gone for good. You're completely starting over now with a new 90 day non-O visa.

Second, your landlord is just being lazy.

Tell them you went and stayed at a hotel who filed a TM30 for you and returned and now you need a new one. If they want to be a stickler/jerk about it, you can be one too. Demand they do a new one every time you leave and return from anywhere in Thailand.

because that's what scammers do. Small amounts to test if an account works before they do a big one

my information is multiple people posting that this has changed over the last week and their Bangkok Bank deposits are no longer showing as international instead they are coming from Kasikorn. Whereas people with Kasikorn are reporting their transfers are showing as international. No one has reported anything different in the last week.

because it didn't go through Kasikorn a few years ago. Now it is. You have to get the paperwork from the bank that it went through first. And that's only if you select the correct reason when making the transfer.

Yes but the Thai government doesn't care one bit for foreigners. You see there was no mention of this for the last few weeks when it was Bangkok Bank going crazy with foreigner accounts. It's only getting traction now that Thai accounts are starting to be affected. Which is where the efforts should have started to begin with. There are a LOT more Thai accounts than foreigner accounts, and I would bet most of the mule accounts are Thai people. I've heard a lot of stories about Thai people being paid for opening bank accounts and doing transfers for unknown people.

This article is specifically about accounts frozen due to police investigation, and has nothing to do with the mass Bangkok Bank account freezes. Calling the number would be useless to the vast majority of people with frozen accounts. This article is specifically abouit Thai citizen bank accounts, as it even mentions "citizens" in the text.

What makes matters worse is the bank is likely prioritizing processing of these Thai accounts over re-opening the accounts of foreigners they have mass frozen arbitrarily on their own. Hence people waiting weeks after going to the bank and still not getting their accounts opened.

If you select the correct option in Wise, there will be a way to get it shown as international transfer. You just have to do extra work sometimes.
