I'd be hesitant knowing data security and scams in Thailand. Would be easy for someone to buy an expired domain or the remnants of a company to make one last money grab.

TDAC has nothing to do with your visa. You should print it out to prevent mistakes from the immigration officer.

you say that, but I'm telling you that medical extensions are so rare you might as well not even consider it. A letter from a doctor saying you're not advised to travel will not cut it. It must be a letter saying you CANNOT travel. And that means by car, train or plane. Because if you can travel by any of those, then you can leave Thailand. If you can go to the immigration office to apply for the extension yourself, immigration will be dubious about your claim of being unable to leave Thailand. Is the doctor willing to put themselves on the line to make such a claim?

I wouldn't make any plans that revolve around getting a medical extension. The only assured time you can get will be the 60 days + 30 day extension. Medical extensions are not for recovery, they are for people that cannot fly. (As in you are admitted to the hospital and cannot even go to immigration to apply for the extension so the hospital has to do it for you)

That is only going to affect people trying to do it legally. There will ALWAYS be bank staff willing to take money to produce whatever paperwork is needed. Maybe agents need a week or two to find a new bank branch willing to do so, but it certainly won't stop the status quo.

You either get your insurance company to fill out the embassy form (almost impossible) or you purchase a policy from the list of the embassy approved Thai insurance carriers. Those are your ONLY options and the reason 99% of people have to purchase the Thai insurance if they want a non-OA visa.

You cannot legally volunteer on a retirement visa. In order to legally volunteer you need to be on a visa that is not work restricted (like a non-B work visa or a non-O volunteer visa) and have a work permit from the organization you'll be volunteering for. That's basically unheard of nowadays.

So your most likely options are to not volunteer to stay legal, or to volunteer illegally like many do.

@Kevin ******
what does that have to do with this post? This post is about someone who already has retirement visa asking when they can apply for extension
Brandon ************
You already have the visa. That's what the 90 day non-O is.

The 1-year extension is exactly that, an extension. Not a visa.

You can apply at all offices when you have 30 days or less left. Some offices allow 45 days or less left.

If you're using a bank deposit, ensure your money has been in the bank for 2 full months already at the time you apply for the extension.
