Just ask him to submit a new one with the same details as before and get him to print it off after he's done it

It costs him nothing but time

I used CW for many years to extend my visa up until 2 years ago and always showed a 3 month contract, mind you, the address didn't change from one year to the next.

I got the owner to do a new TM30 before each visit and he always asked me to sign a new contract, but it was never for a year.

Things might have changed since I moved out of BKK though

It's not so much the police, it's the insurance. If you have an accident and only have a licence from your home country (no IDP) , there's a good chance they won't cover the claim

It's the same with the 3 month rule.

I have a First Direct bank account in UK without having a UK phone number, the only phone number I have is my Thai one. The bank has no problem with this and have called me on it on numerous occasions.

Not especially, he put a lot of effort into doing retirement visas, just wouldn't touch marriage.

I have been on both extensions and a marriage visa needs a LOT more paperwork and time.

I get mine at immigration, because I don't trust agents

I was friends with a visa agent for many years and he would never touch a marriage visa because it was too much work. He would always tell his clients retirement visa or nothing.

My advice would be go to immigration with your partner and talk to them direct

A guy I know had his pension stopped twice because he changed address and didn't notify DWP. It was a pita to sort out, his son had to call UK for him in the end

I've done 3 of them now, roughly every 3 years. If you don't return it your pension is stopped

You can find the form on the GOV.UK website.

It has to be posted, they included an addressed envelope, but you have to pay the postage.

I sent mine registered so that I could track it and had proof of delivery if anything went wrong at their end
