Greetings all, I’m here with a retirement NON IMM multiple entry. I have not yet used it (meaning I have not left Thailand since acquiring my visa in late January.)

My question is: will I have to pay a fee once existing or re-entering the Kingdom as Nathan did. This was unknown to me ~ Nathan’s post. Thanks in advance!

my lease was accepted at immigration then immigration sends the registered mail to me. Take that to Bangkok Bank

registered mail was sent to my condo where I share with a Thai. Jut wrote up a lease agreement. That was sufficient for address at immigration

I went to immigration and did TM-30… (address verification) took it BBL main head office Silom and opened without issues.
