I‘m guessing it’s more of how it was sent from the US, if they declared what inside or not. My family sent stuff to me through DHL and regular post office mail, things were fine. I didn’t have any problems.

it’s when I added everything up, including the extension for 1 year every 3 months. It was for me to compare to the volunteer visa without quarterly extension. It’s not 37k because the first time you get it already costs 41K (24K for courses fee+ 14k for visa switching within country fee+ 3k extension fee). Did you talk to them? Once you email them, they will give you a list of other costs I mentioned.
