That probably will not work, but it depends on the country you are applying. Try this instead. Set yourself up an independent financial advisor, get a Independent Contractor Agreement from the internet. Sign a contractor agreement with a relative with a different name, Create an invoice for a percentage of the gain. You can use the Brokerage Statement as evidence. You still need to meet all the other requirements.

I think you are correct. I had no problems at all in the USA while in the USA. If I were a Thai IO in a nearby country and a application came in with a foreign passport for a soft power DTV, I also would be suspicious.

They are extremely easy to change out. Buy a new one, some teflon abd electrical tape. Take it along with you when you move put the old one back.

Have you considered trying to come to the USA? The asylum process is very open now and no need to go to Mexico you can go via Canada many ports of entry. The USA has an app now that will help you apply. Once you are in USA, there is a large Iranian expat community in L.A. with resources to help you get into school or get a job. Hope you and your family remain safe.

This is exactly the same response from Washington D.C. They are using the same old line, they can not define a valid DTV application, they will know it when they see one.
