Is there a customs office in Khon Kaen? I sent some clothing and bags of chips from America to myself via Shipito and got these emails from a DHL clearance support agent. Is this a new requirement because of covid?? Why can't I send them a signed photocopy of my passport? They also want me to list everything in the box and provide screenshots of the orders on the various websites I ordered them from. I did the exact same thing 3 years ago (ordered clothing and chips via Shipito and DHL) and didn't have to do any of this. I just paid the 30% customs fee in person upon delivery. What the hell?
