Hi just a quick question regarding the TM30. I understand that landlord can report guest online. For me to use the TM30 as part of the paperwork for education visa, is it something the landlord can print from online or the landlord will have to go to immigration to get the report with the immigration stamp on it. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 report, which landlords must submit for reporting guests, can be obtained in a couple of ways. It can either be printed from the online submission or issued as a physical receipt when done in-person at an immigration office. To use it for an education visa, confirm the format accepted by the immigration office.

There are 3 ways to do it and these are the receipt when done in person or a print screen when done on line

thanks so much for the reply. Just to confirm the print from the online version is acceptable? I’m asking because my thai friend who works at hotel said the owner has to go to immigration office to get that after reporting.

i believe your thai friend doesn't know what they're talking about. The screen grab listing the person is fine. It's accepted without a problem
