What are the updated quarantine procedures and insurance requirements for travelers entering Thailand as of April 2021?

I’ve just gone through it an hour ago .

You hand your documents in and the health officials ask if you have been vaccinated...( I assume if you say yes , you need to show the certificate)

If you say no it is an automatic 10 days unless you come from one of the listed countries.

Where can I obtain a replacement TM6 departure card in Thailand after losing mine?

They have them in the immigration hall.. just fill in a new one before going to the Immigration counter.

Is the COVID test at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya sufficient for flight evidence?

I used them in September for the PCR test I needed to get back to work in Africa.

Will be using them again next week for the same thing.

Take your passport with you and they will put the number on the result/certificate.

Picked up the certificate the following morning after the test.
