When I go to Thailand's eVisa website, they have an option to check unless I'm looking at this incorrectly. I'll be in South Korea wanting to apply on the Thailand eVisa site.
If I may add to this question, can you technically be allowed to do several back to back visa exempt arrivals by air with the 30 day extension? So after the visa exempt 30 day extension is over you hop onto a plane to say Vietnam then turn right back around to Thailand on another visa exempt stay. I know you guys tell people to apply for the correct visa but why is that if there is no limit to exempt visa arrivals by air in a year? Thank you in advance for the response!
Thank you for your quick responses. Hopefully the likelihood of it being approved is better than it not being approved as long as I have all required documents.
Hi James, I'll be applying for the Covid extension in Koh Samui towards the end of my Tourist Visa 30 day extension (stamped for August 30th) but before August 24th. How often have you heard the need for "Embassy Letter or Proof that your embassy does not issue the letter"? Also, what exactly is the "Embassy Letter" called or for? I'm from the United States. Thank you in advance.
If I need to start a new post let me know. I'm from the US and currently in Thailand on a tourist visa. I got to Thailand on June 2nd. Instead of applying for the normal tourist visa 30 day extension, can I instead apply for the Covid 60 day extension before July 25th? Thank you!
I believe someone on here told me that even though the STV advertises up to 270 days, as it stands now, your STV will end on September 30th this year even if you haven't maxed out the 270 days. Someone with more knowledge please correct me if I'm wrong.
