Hello, I’m currently on a 60 day visa exemption, is it possible to come back into Thailand on a 60 day visa exemption if I stay out of the country (eg Malaysia) for one night?

I got my DTV but I'm not sure how it works when I exist Thailand during the 180 days.

First, do I need to do anything when leaving during the 180 days? Or is it the same normal process as in all other visas?

Second, when I come back during the 5 years visa, do I get another 180 days or do I continue from the last day counting that I had before leaving? So for example if I leave after 80 days and come back, do I get a new 180 days or just 100 days (to continue the count I had before leaving)?

Hi,Is it true that each entry into Thailand grants 180 days? If I stay in Thailand for two months and then leave, will the 180 days be reset upon re-entry?

Hello!

I am currently on a TR 6 month multiple entry visa where each visit cannot exceed 60 days. So effectively I have to leave at least once every 60 days in that 6 month period.

Just before my first 60 days were up I went overseas and then returned to Thailand. My new visa stamp says it is valid until the 20 September.

My question is if I leave Thailand to visit a friend in Laos and come back before the 20 September date does it reset as my like second visit out of the country ahd therefore shortens my overall 6 months? Or will it be that the date I next have to leave by is still 20 September so whatever date I return from after that resets and starts my second 60 days.

I am really tired and hoping this makes sense!

On a METV Visa - I have stayed 105 days over the past 140 days. Planning on doing a week trip outside of TH - is immigration going to give me any problems?

And if I re-entered with the DTV, would it be any different?

Hi everyone! I'm currently holding a non-immigrant OA visa. I applied and was granted the visa in my home country via the Thai Consulate. Every time I fly into Thailand, I get a 1 year stamp on my passport.

My question is: if I were to visit another country, eg. Vietnam/Cambodia or for that matter any country, whether by air, sea or land, am I able to re-enter Thailand without any issues? Or am I only allowed to enter Thailand from my home country all the time? Sorry if it sounds like a silly question because I just entered Thailand via the land border and was thinking of going to Cambodia for a short trip before returning to Bangkok.

Thank you.

Hello guys. I have a work visa with a diveshop here in Thailand. I am not enjoying my time at the shop and I want to leave it. If I leave and my work visa is cancelled, can I reenter Thailand right away with a tourist visa again?

Am I correct in thinking that your status is reset on January 1st? Asking for someone who has used up all their extensions and border runs?

After new year can they re-enter on a waiver free visa - as per their passport?
