not really - nothing under 50k per month in my building …. Mine is 90k…. Asking this question will always attract similar comments from low cost farangs. Not everyone lives the same here

Totally dependent on lifestyle … living in mid sukhumvit that would only pay the rent … but you could live on $2000 elsewhere, but it would not be a lavish life. Do you play golf ? Do you live a busy social life ?

you can get a work permit with a marriage visa but not retirement … otherwise the same except for 400k or 800k in bank . Retirement is easier at immigration
