I made a trip to Indonesia, after emailing Thai consulate multiple times confirming it would work, and just got rejected.
Has anyone had success adding dependents for a non-immigrant-O visa in the last few months?
I have received emails from Los Angeles, and Jakarta Thai Consulate saying “Only the holder of a Non-Immigrant OA or OX is allowed to have their dependent applied for a Non-Immigration O.”
Does immigration know if you applied on soft power or workcation. I applied and did Muay Thai for 6 months. Now I want to come back as I'm working online and can provide proof of that. Will I be allowed if no soft power. Can I just tell them I'm changing to medical or workcation. Seems crazy to apply again for same visa thanks 🙏
Hi everyone.. the rules have since last time I was in Thailand. I hold a UK passport.. do I get 60days stamp when I enter Thailand? Thanks for all your help!
If I and my partner get year-long Education visas, how does our (British) 6-month son stay? Is a dependent visa possible? I get conflicting info. If not something else? Thanks
Are you able to get an STV Visa extension anytime prior to Sep 30, 2022? Or are they going to stop allowing STV extensions in July, like they said last year when STV was supposed to end in Sept 2021?
This is a Hua Hin specific question. Perhaps cannot be answered here. I have an online morning appointment for extending my O visa (retirement). The IO told me that my bank statement and letter and bankbook update can be issued up to 3 days before my appointment at Immigration. Previously, I was doing these extensions in Lampang, and everything had to be "same day". I just want to make sure that I didn't misunderstand the IO in HH on this. Can anyone shed light if what is apparently accepted here in HH is common place in other offices? Thanks.
Hi and thanks for the previous replies. But I think my query was misunderstood. I am NOT looking to apply for a Tourist Visa, but enter Thailand under the 30 day visa exemption scheme which I understand applies to UK Nationals such as me. My question remains, can I simply enter Thailand on the visa exemption scheme and stay for 30 days, then re-enter Thailand to gain a further 30 days. Also , if this is possible, what are the requirements. Would I still require a COE and medical insurance? I am interested in travelling after the 1st November when quarantine for UK Nationals is no longer required.
