I have been waiting 10 months, so far, for a hearing test and diagnosed 13 years ago with osteoarthritis and not even on the waiting list yet for new knees. It is impossible to get a GP appointment and you can wait 17 hours plus in A&E to be seen. I am sorry to paint such a bleak picture but these are the facts, you are better off here.
