On the grab app from bangkok to surin it comes out around 4000 the cheapest and 6-8000 for a bigger van. Of course you aren’t going to get anyone on the grab app to accept in real life, but gives a good idea of how much you can expect to pay a transportation company.

Rent a car in airport, then you leave it in Surin ( same company anyway)
