The states does not have a caregiver type visa unless a person is intending on working as a caregiver permanently, that is the EB-3 visa. To travel there as you suggest, your wife would need apply for a B1 or B2 visa with a stipulation she is traveling there as a temporary care giver. Either way, she would have to meet all the requirements for either visa type.

15FEB2024 to 13AUG2024 is called a visa validity date. She has this timeframe only, to enter the states. Once she enters the visa will expire 10JUL2028. Hope this helps.

This is 100% correct. Any cash or monetary instruments to include, travelers checks, personal checks, bank checks, and money orders. Persons are required to complete FinCen form 105 prior to departure.
