bring your cash. Small exchange on side of the roads give usually good exchange. No questions.

I may be wrong but i believe you can do test and go in Bangkok. Stay one night in bangkok, get your clear test and fly domestically to Phuket. No need for 7 day SHA+.

You can buy a throw away ticket from Jetstar hkt to Singapore for less than 2000 baht. I know I just booked 2 lol
