Can anybody recommend a reasonable priced sha plus hotel who I can book the test and go including the cost of PCR test at Phuket airport as a package. I just can't work out how you can do hotel and test separately on the Thai pass form. Cheers

I did not provide the pcr receipt on my thai pass, just handed it in at phuket airport.

I booked 1 night boutique resort phuket, 1 bedroom villa, private pool, really nice. Cheap by NA standards.

At the end of the upload procedure there’s an option to upload additional documents. Just upload your payment confirmation there, or alternatively print out your hotel booking and test payment and photograph them together and upload that.

I booked & paid for a normal SHA+ hotel, then I booked & paid test at airport via tpas site. On the Thai pass website there is a section where you can upload extra documents. I added the confirmation of PCR test at airport in this section. My Thai pass was agreed & received within 15mins

I didn't see where to book and pay for a PCR covid test at Bangkok airport. Where did you book the covid test? The hotels include one test but the Thai pass requires two tests for me because of 5-day quarantine. Thanks

it may have been because mine was Phuket.?When I entered my flight details the system will have recognised it was a flight to Phuket, not Bangkok
