yes first 12 month extension you need to show 800k in the bank 60+ days before going for the extension then immediately start the a month every month. Problem there is for whatever reason you miss one month you are screwed

yes i went to do my first 12 month extension and put my passbook into the machine to get updated also received the letter from the bank about 800k. I did not check my book. Went to immigration then worked out oops it just updated the balance to the current month and any transactions that month. Had to go back to the bank and got a statement printed out for 60+ days i had the account.

Make sure you get a re- entry stamp and come back with both passports. Then with in 7 days check in to immigration where you live

I am assuming when you say bike it is a motorbike. You may have an issue getting your bike into Thailand
