Jomtien, Passport, TM30, TM6, fill in the form they give you. Subsequent 90 day reports just need your passport with the previous report receipt that was stapled in your passport.

What checklist items should I consider while living in Thailand if I am married to a Thai citizen?

Nothing other than a bank account. It’s worthwhile scanning important documents so you can access them at any time. My wife will sign her name on any relating to her, prior to scanning.

Do I need to file a TM30 after moving and is it affected by having a yellow house book and pink ID card?

Yellow house book and Pink ID card make no difference, the house owner will still need to complete a TM30 at your nearest Immigration or Police station (if no immigration local to you), or online.
