How can I download the Mor Prom app for vaccine registration in Thailand?

only available in Bangkok though. It wouldn’t be difficult if they were given out with the second dose. Hospitals here are capable of giving out vaccine passports for yellow fever, hepatitis etc etc.

no I’ve been looking as well. Currently you can go from Thailand to Romania, spend 10 days there and then onto the UK and avoid the quarantine.

Have you tried the Coe website? I’m a UK passport holder and was working in Holland with no issues getting a COE.

I’m answer to your question, you can fly in to Bangkok and quarantine in Bangkok or Pattaya. You can also fly to Phuket and do the sandbox.
