Ok beginners question but not done before (I know naughty boy lol) once finished quarantine we go to new house just finished last year for at least 6 weeks, so need to do TM30. We are out in the sticks near Chainat. Where to go Amphur or immigration Nakhon Sawan? Obviously since first time can’t do online.

And finally when I have yellow house book, pink I’d card, do I still need to do?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on filing a TM30 upon relocating to a new house in Thailand after quarantine. They ask whether to go to the Amphur or Nakhon Sawan immigration office, given they cannot file online for the first time. Additional questions arise regarding the necessity of filing given they possess a yellow house book and pink ID card. Comments suggest visiting the local police if there's no immigration office nearby and clarify that the house owner must complete the TM30 regardless of the registrational documents.

You go to the Chianat Immigration office to file a TM30

did that thanks, although we are not directly in Tahkli we are just outside of Chainat border so it’s either in Tahkli or have to go to Nakhon Sawan 😞

I know u should do ASAP but what if we go on 12th having arrived on 10th. 11th is double birthday me and my daughter so no time then. Or they make a big problem?

Yellow house book and Pink ID card make no difference, the house owner will still need to complete a TM30 at your nearest Immigration or Police station (if no immigration local to you), or online.

Immigration Nakon Sawan is where I ended up doing it two years ago when I was staying in Suphanburi

If you own the place you should be able to file your TM30 online. you just need to register to be able to do it online

I believe that you go to Local Police station in the absence of an Immigration office.

@Arron ********
that is not correct anymore and the police won't touch or fool with TM30's anymore
