there are just too many variables. IMO, better to have money left over every month than run out.

you can easily spend 30,000 baht per month on rent.

$3,000 USD per month is a good starting point. Rent is going to be your biggest variable.

I understand. I thought the same the first year. Not only was it very expensive to use an agent but it did cause MAJOR issues when I wanted to renew myself the second year.
