When I did my 90 day reporting he failed to tell me my renewal date was on that day , so when I went back 90 days later he said i should arrest you , when I asked him why didn’t he tell me 90 days ago you could see the guilt on his face. He spoke to his boss , came back and gave me 7 days to exit Thailand. He has subsequently been transferred to a different position. Elite when I had the visa affixed to my passport failed to inform me that it needed renewing annually , my discussions prior they never mentioned this and their emails which were monthly also didnt say this. Over 800 people fell foul of this and now their monthly emails highlight this. I have not renewed my elite visa and now on a retirement visa. Was it in the small print ? Yes on page 9 in tiny letters and one sentence only. Elite , now Privilege put this now very clearly on page 1. Ultimately it’s my responsibility but I do feel very let down by elite and by immigration

I did and was questioned each time. The mistake was made by the immigration officer who then covered it up. And his boss covered him. It was during Covid. This was on a five year elite visa. Which has to be renewed annually. Elite took no responsibility for not informing their clients. Many people fell foul of it. I would definitely enter on a non o if I were you but be prepared to be questioned. I stayed away for one year and one day and paid the 20k fine.

Vinny Tim Johnson exactly. I have yellow book and pink ID and a legal letter that states I have the right to live in the house until my death. Because my wife doesn’t trust her family and rightfully so. But we have been married a very long time
