I heard one of them failure to produce credit card payment or receipt payment for the hotel stay. Not sure why they need that. I guess it’s because the hotel did not file TM30.
I was in MTT today, they check in the system of my TM30, I did not file it, fine 800 baht and got it into the system. I have a property here tho.
I see a foreigner rejected by officer, as he stayed in a hotel. I’m not sure if the hotel file it for him, but officer ask proof of payment for the hotel stay, like bank transfer, credit card receipt etc. he was unable to produce. I would advise you to prepare your documents 🙂
Yes, that is one of my plan.. I just got the marriage certification today, it is in the process of getting translated... Once this is done, I will go over to the immigration office and see what i can do about it. I'll update my progress here for the benefit of others in the same situation as me.
thanks I will collect my translation for marriage cert tomorrow. I will go ministry of foreign affair tomorrow too. Then I think I’m good to go with extension
I am having an income for more than 40K a month for the past few years, under my personal name. I paid thai income taxes yearly base on 40K monthly salary. My embassy does not help anything at all trust me. I’m a Singaporean... they just ask you to fly back.
