Thailand is racist towards me. I am Mexican but that nationality doesn't exist here so they think I am Indian even though I look nothing like Indian. I have been stopped from entering places with people sayin "Mai Indian".

My quality of life is better here in the states than when I was full time in Bangkok. More options and things to do for me but I get what you are saying.

Found out the answer. She was born in San Francisco while her dad was working there. They moved back to Thailand when she was a baby. I assume she has an American passport.

I told him to stay but he moved back because they were going to slash his pay by 20% because cost of living there is much lower. I think he realizes he should have stayed and only make $2600 a month which is still comfortable for a lot of people there.

He is asking me for advice so I won't stay clear. I told him to stay in Thailand. He moved back because they were going to drop his pay 20% because cost of living there was cheaper.
