I just left the Vietnamese embassy right now. They said they are allowing curse to come in right now but they don't know the policies involved. He told me to wait 2 weeks until things clear up.
I'm going to go back to the Vietnam embassy tomorrow. If I can get a visa to go there I'm going to cancel my trip to Cambodia and just go to Vietnam next week. That was my number one spot to go to anyway.
