Not too clever to think about traveling anywhere
on this planet at the moment.
I do fully understand that after more than 2 years of Covid, not seeing family or friends and wanting to relax on a sun baked tropical beach is very tempting.
Sadly very sadly Putin invaded a sovereign country in the centre of Europe.
This as we know, apart from all the carnage and suffering on the ground
has elevated the risk level
for all travelers to maybe it’s highest in years.
Of course everyone has their own personal reasons to travel, but personally I will avoid air travel and airports for some time to come.

Wait for the official announcement or choose another country.

But there are also hundreds of posts telling you that the government still hasn't announced any details how this is going to happen.

the person I spoke to at the Vietnamese embassy thought that it was also going to open up today. As I was waiting they put this up. Even they were surprised to know that they didn't happen. He thought it was a sure thing too. He did tell me to check within the next couple of days because it might be updated. This is directly from someone at the Vietnamese embassy.Reply to
