since EVisa came in can only apply to Sydney Consulate if you are in NSW otherwise go through embassy in Canberra apparently

Saving a fortune by not having to pay for hot water usage. Maybe can get by without it .

Be aware also that most vetranarians in Thailand do not believe in assisted dying of pet dogs should the need sadly arise .This is for religious reasons. I hope that such a decision would never need to be made however it is wise to be aware. The dog in your photo looks in great shape. I say what I did because you said your dogs were seniors.

was in Silom area immediately after Covid, the hotel we stayed in was about the only place in that section of Silom Road that was still open.It was like a ghost town

No guarantee what you are looking for is still there.Sadly many places including shops and so on closed down during Covid and remained that way

the people who don't understand the system should be responsible for themselves. The media is never accountable for anything it says anywhere Fox news is still allowed to publish lies for example and dumb people believe it .If you want 60 days it is still possible any longer than that you are probably not a genuine tourist.
