Am in Rama IX area of Bangkok, looking to get 100mg Aspirin for thinning blood.Tried a few chemists but no joy  .Is there anyone with any knowledge on where to buy .I have been able to buy before here .

Bayer is available but a bit expensive....try a pharmacy. Aspirin is very hard to find....
