well beauty with dtv you get 5 years validity 180 days each entry, non-oa every year you need to go to immigration to extend. But both have pros and cons

If you are over 50 look into non-oa it's retirement visa

If under 50 look into DTV or ED visa

If weathly maybe LTR is better for you

If you want to only stay close to 9 months look into multi entry tourist visa

Unless married with Thai national i don't think so. I believe you been away long enough but I'm not IO so up to them

oh, I understand. Hmm... non-oa is retirement visa 😅 then you have very few options. But as said I think 8 months away should do wonder but yes IO. 🤷

If you over 50? Maybe look into non-oa if not dtv of you have the funds, yeah I know they can be annoyed but 8 months since your last entry
