TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, with a multi-entry tourist visa, you are required to leave Thailand every 60 days. You can either exit the country or apply for a 30-day extension at a local immigration office. There is no specific amount of time you must stay outside Thailand before returning, so you can take the next available flight back. Regarding TM30, your girlfriend, as the house owner, should file it for you online, which is a quick process.
Be aware that the multiple entry tourist visa generally costs around 5x that of a single entry tourist visa. On application you’ll need to provide proof (as in multiple flights) that you need the multiple entry. Otherwise they may just issue you the single entry visa and won’t refund the difference.
what you saying I need to pre book flights to Combodia? So from my country to bkk from country side 88 days after flight to Combodia then new ticket after 88 days
Yes. They’ll want to see proof of needing a multiple entry visa. Different embassies may have different requirements but this is certainly the case for London.
The visa is valid for 6 months. Each and every entry gives you 60 days. That means if you enter say 2 days before the visa expires for your final entry then you’d get 60 days on entry and can extend that for 30 days at an immigration office.
You can either leave Thailand at the end of 60 days or apply for an extension of stay for 30 days.
There is no minimum amount of time you need to be out of Thailand for. If you can find flights that suit you can head straight back.
The house owner should file the TM30 for you. If that’s your gf then get her to sign up to the online system, which once registered only takes a couple of minutes to file.
