and this permit is for long stay visa like retirement or business… to allow you to exit and re enter the country without issuing and new visa

This is not applicable for short stay visa like tourist visas

it’s just an online appointment service you still have to go in person or on behalf of someone and submit the documents at the immigration office

Doesn't makes sens to me, how do you expect all people traveling holding the same visa.

I'm not sure whether it's a bug or the designed way to do it.

But any way manged to complete both separately, hopefully with the same appointment date and time

I had the same issue when I click yes and try to apply for the second person, I only get one choice for the Visa type (the same like the first application) not able to choose a different type.

Had to complete the first one (booking and payment) and then apply for the second
