Yes, Oman air tried to stop me despite having valid extension of stay due to marriage. Finally got a supervisor and had to sign a disclaimer saying I would be responsible if denied entry

Can you just pay a fine, yes it’s 500 baht per day. But if you get caught, it’s lock up and deportation with a stamp in ur passport. Not worth the risk

From memory using the Samut Prakhan IO, I had a similar form and it was for the wife/ Thai neighbour to fill in to verify that I lived at the house. Also needed their ID card

that is if you surrender at airport immigration as you leave. A quick google has produced this. If you are caught on overstay after 1 day it’s a 5 year ban

Do what Robert suggests. Will it be a problem? All depends, if u get caught by the police after you have supposed to have left then yes it is a problem and there is a fine, detention, deportation and minimum 1 year ban.

Now will u get caught in those 2 days of overstay🤷‍♂️

As Rob said, just applied for my test and go

1) Covid insurance to cover the period you are in Thailand

2) copy of full vaccination if u only want 1 day test and go

3) proof of SHA/ test n go hotel booking

4) passport page details

All need to be uploaded on Thai pass website in jpeg format only.

It’s possible to pay for express service for Covid test once u arrive but still need to book hotel. Typically approved in 2-3 days currently

sorry to hijack, I don’t see the the topic that you added. This happened before and I know others had similar issues. How to resolve it?

Go to the local Aphur and they will give you a certificate to confirm that you are still married. Samut Prakhan ask for this every year from me. Despite having the rose colored certificate they still want the yearly one also

The only way to be sure is ask your local immigration what their requirements are. Every immigration interprets the rules differently. Also differs between officers
