Hi,

I'm about to apply for my 1st year's extension based on marriage to a Thai. When we were at Tor Mor in August we were giving a list of what to take, which is all in Thai. We were also given a couple of printed forms, also in Thai, and my wife is not sure what they are or who needs to fill them in (us, or our witnesses, or the Tor Mor) - Google translate isn't helping, and they have no numbers to be able to Google the forms. Please can someone explain what they are? Thanks.
