TLDR : Answer Summary
As of now, individuals are allowed two land border entries per calendar year (January 1 to December 31). Until March 31, 2023, each entry grants a 45-day stay with the possibility of a 30-day extension for 1,900 Thai Baht. However, starting from April 1, 2023, land border entries will only grant a 30-day stay, with an option for a 30-day extension. It is advisable to use a local border run service for assistance.

You are ALLOWED two Land BORDER ENTRIES per calendar year.

Until March 31 2023, you will be stamped in for 45 days plus one 30 day extension of stay at Thai immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.

FROM April 1 2023, the Land BORDER entry will be stamped in for 30 days plus one 30 day extension of stay.

Suggest you use a local experienced border run service company to take you to the border and back.

They know what you need to do and which border to use.

Be sure to tell them your recent history of staying in Thailand and your passport nation.
