Looking for confirmation that I can use this visa for 89 day stay in Thailand.
Go abroad for a few days and then re enter for 90 days.
Also if I enter before 2nd December 2024 I will get a further 90 days?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa allows for multiple entries into Thailand, providing a 90-day stamp each time you enter, as long as this is done before December 2, 2024. There is confirmation from multiple comments that irrespective of when you enter, as long as it's before the visa's expiration date, you will receive a new 90-day allowance.

Enter as many times as you want on or before 2 Dec 2024 and you will always get stamped in for a new 90 day stamp
I think he is asking last time if enters like 1 december will get 90 days more?I think he is asking this then answer is no isnt it?Or enters 20 november gets only 12 days i think.
LOOK at the visa it is a year long multi entry Non-O visa and valid until 2 Dec 2024 <- that means they can exit/enter thailand an unlimited number of times while the visa is valid and every time they enter they will get stamped in for 90 days
EVEN if they enter the last day the visa is valid for Dec 2nd, they will still get stamped in for 90 more days because this visa can ONLY get 90 day entry stamps
