Even the Thai Embassy Canberra website still says 15 days - D'oh!

Yes Aussies get 30 days visa-exempt by air or land entry. Some "official" websites still incorrectly say 15 days by land but that changed to 30 at end of 2016.

Get a job, marry a Thai, volunteer or enroll in a school. Repeated tourist visas eventually get the red stamp. They are suspicious (or jealous) of someone who has steady funds from unknown source ;-)
