What are the common issues faced with online 90-day reporting in Thailand?

Anyone completed a successful 90 day report online recently? I filled out page 1, clicked Submit and a little box comes up more less saying I need to go to Immigration. Seemed to work fine up to that point. I tried once using Chrome and it just gave me a blank screen, then tried using IE and it gave me the above response (sorry kid, didn't work). Maybe cos I "tried" twice, or maybe they switched off their computers for Father's Day ;-)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around a user's unsuccessful attempt to submit a 90-day report online in Thailand. After filling out the first page and clicking submit, they were prompted to visit an immigration office. Comments reveal that others have faced similar challenges, with some suggesting browser compatibility issues and noting that certain immigration offices may discourage online submissions. Additionally, participants highlighted the importance of submitting reports within the designated time frame.

Since the 90 day online system started I've done (or tried to do) a couple hundred 90 day reports for friends ( Yes, I do have a lot of friends :O )

I have never been able to get one to go thru on the 7th day before their report is due :/ On the 8th day before it's due, no problem, BUT never ever even once on the 7th day before has it worked..

@L**
, Were you within the window of opportunity to do a 90 day report online?

That's from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your report is due.

Outside that window it won't work.

Some Immigration offices will tell you not to do it online. I have witnessed twice how the computers went down in out local, so they couldn't have checked if you had done it or not.

My local, Nonthaburi, simply says "Cannot".

Try Chrome with the Internet Explorer extension.
