This is from Thai Embassy website. Clearly states you can enter with positive PCR and certificate of recovery. Google - “enter Thailand with proof of recovery certificate “

Aster hotel Pattaya direct booking sha+ 1 night test & go. Uk COVID vaccine papers from nhs direct. Loaded I on printer to change to jpeg in printer settings and saved to computer. Did not bother cropping qr code for vaccine. Upload like this to Thai pass and approved immediately. I found it very easy. If you have a printer/ scanner to change to jpg or take photos of your documents it’s very easy.
