I’m travelling from the uk on 3rd January, to Phuket but I ve a form of dyslexia which makes it difficult for me to interpret questions 🙈.
Are there anyone who assists in the application? They’re seems to be so much and my travel agent appears to be at a loss too.
I’d really appreciate helpful tips. Thank you 🥰

I applied for Thai pass yesterday.
Travelling 13 January.
Axa Thailand insurance £30 2 weeks.
Aster hotel Pattaya direct booking sha+ 1 night test & go. Uk COVID vaccine papers from nhs direct. Loaded I on printer to change to jpeg in printer settings and saved to computer. Did not bother cropping qr code for vaccine. Upload like this to Thai pass and approved immediately. I found it very easy. If you have a printer/ scanner to change to jpg or take photos of your documents it’s very easy.

I am just sharing what I received when booking my really cheap but good Phuket hotel for Test & Go. Not sure how good they are so if anyone used them please share. Just posting since people asking for this type of service.

nice one if you book hotel/test tfer direct all they need is copy of passport and flightYou need insurance for duration of flight
Also download your covid vaxs proof
(Will have 2 QR codes
Altogether you need to upload 4 images
Passport hotel insurance flight
4 images of your vaccination record
