I'm from the US and my vaccine was at Walgreens. They don't provide QR codes unfortunately. And since I'm from Texas, TX does not provide them either. jpeg images of vaccine cards go into manual review process apparently. I'm still waiting after three days. in USA vaccine card is just a hand filled card and QR card is separate from the state database . I gave a cropped png of the QR code. I had to make sure it’s large enough before it accepted it

Thanks. I submitted mine at 2:00am pacific time Wednesday. I think Friday was a holiday so maybe this three-day weekend they won't be working in the approval office. I don't know for sure if they take off from work on gov't holidays and weekends.
