TLDR : Answer Summary
Users shared their experiences with the duration it took to receive their Thailand Pass QR code after uploading a jpeg of their vaccine card, with times varying from instant approval to several days. Responses indicated that automatic processing occurred for QR codes, while manual review was required for images of vaccine cards, leading to longer waiting times.
I'm from the US and my vaccine was at Walgreens. They don't provide QR codes unfortunately. And since I'm from Texas, TX does not provide them either. jpeg images of vaccine cards go into manual review process apparently. I'm still waiting after three days. Thanks and all the best with your travels.

QR code from my NHS vaccine certificate, 3 of them
in USA vaccine card is just a hand filled card and QR card is separate from the state database . I gave a cropped png of the QR code. I had to make sure it’s large enough before it accepted it

Thanks. I submitted mine at 2:00am pacific time Wednesday. I think Friday was a holiday so maybe this three-day weekend they won't be working in the approval office. I don't know for sure if they take off from work on gov't holidays and weekends.
