TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for a visa agent to assist with obtaining a marriage visa in Hua Hin. A comment suggests that if the person is already in Thailand, they may not need a visa but rather an Extension of Stay, which can potentially be handled independently if they meet the necessary financial requirements.

Not clear what you need. If you are already in Thailand you do not need a visa. Are you looking for an Extension of Stay based on Marriage. If so, and you have the required funds, then it is easy to do yourself without using an (expensive) agent.
we are already in Thailand, 90 day visit relatives visa. Married to Thai. Have funds in uk bank and sufficient uk earnings. Just don’t know where to start. Went to immigration in Blueport today downstairs and queuing around 1 hour and not even sure I’m in the right place. I’ve been told immigration try to make it very difficult so best use an agent.
Think I need a Thai bank account. Krungthai bank say come back with translation of uk marriage certificate, Bangkok bank say come back with house registration but don’t know how to get this, Bangkok bank say I can open an account without house registration if I buy 6k bht insurance for falling off a motorcycle. I don’t have a motorcycle. Maybe if I use an agent they can wave a magic wand stuffed with cash and hey presto!
